Star Wars: Clone War Update
In an update made today by Lucas Arts, more than a few new for Star Wars The Clone Wars were unveiled on the revamped Star Wars The Clone Wars website. The most important of the new details were the new worlds. The first three worlds unveiled were Geonosis, Rhen Var and Thule Asteroid. While those familiar with Star Wars Episode II will be familiar with Geonosis, the other two might be a mystery. Rhen Var is a world derived from the Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi comic series, while the Thule Asteroid area is a Star Wars The Clone Wars original. The other noteworthy information surrounded news on the game’s various power-up items, and various vehicles. The section dedicated to the game’s vehicles contains the first model shots, so they’re worth more than a quick glance.
On the non-information side of things, new wallpaper for the game was also posted. Star Wars The Clone Wars is slated for release on PlayStation 2 and GameCube later this Fall.
