TV’s “Tremors” begins shooting
The Scifi Wire site reports that “Tremors”, the TV series, kicked off filming in Baja Mexico yesterday. Joining star Michael Gross - reprising his role from the films, Burt Gummer - will be Victor Brown, Gladys Jimenez, Lela Lee, Marcis Strassman and Dean Norris.Brent Maddock, S.S. Wilson and Nancy Roberts, who shepherded the franchise this far, are on board as executive producers. Also returning is the large Moby Dick-esque graboid known as “El Blanco” who seemed to form a grudging alliance with Gummer in “Tremors 3″. The series airs in January.
