Wizard Best of X-Men LTD DLX HC
Wizard Entertainment has announced that the Wizard Best of X-Men Ltd. DLX HC — originally scheduled to ship on December 24 — will now ship on November 19, meaning that it will arrive in time for the holiday sales season!
Created by special arrangement with Marvel Comics, the 256-page volume will collect the Top 10 X-Men comic books of all time, including “The Dark Phoenix Saga” and Special Edition (from Uncanny X-Men #135-#137, with the original five-page, unedited ending that Marvel has never reissued in a book); “Days of Future Past” (Uncanny X-Men #141-#142); “The Power of Proteus” (Uncanny X-Men #126-#128 ); “Demon” (Uncanny X-Men #143), and “I, Magneto” (Uncanny X-Men #150).
In addition, the hardcover will feature exclusive behind-the-scenes commentary from JLA/Avengers writer Kurt Busiek and former Marvel Comics Editor-in-Chief Jim Shooter, plus a new introduction by former X-Men artist Jim Lee, new artwork from Ultimate X-Men artist David Finch, and a stunning new Wolverine cover image from Greg Horn!
