Microsoft UK and eBay have joined forces to encourage third-party software developers to create web services-based applications to enhance trading on the online auction site. JoWooD Productions announces that they’ve picked up the license to create games based on Torque, the motorcycle movie. Word is: “JoWooD will develop, publish and distribute the action racing videogame Torque: Savage Roads worldwide. The title is scheduled to release on several console platforms and PC in 2004.”
