Amazing Spider-Man to Become Thrice-Monthly

Previously it was revealed that after the upcoming “One More Day” storyline — J. Michael Straczynski’s final Spidey story — there would be creative switch-ups on all three Spider-Man titles (Amazing Spider-Man, Sensational Spider-Man, and Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man).

The surprise twist? Sensational and FNSM will be cancelled, and Amazing Spider-Man will become a three-times-monthly title. Whoa.

There’s no word yet on who will be writing or pulling art on this undertaking, but Steve Wacker — the maniac who handled DC’s massive weekly series, 52 — will be the book’s editor.
