It’s probably inevitable that most Xbox 360 owners will have to send their 
console in for repair. Thankfully, Microsoft launched service.xbox.com to alleviate some of the burden. The site lets you register your console and select warranty or out-of-warranty repairs without having to deal with customer service over the phone.
