NCSoft Forms Carbine Studios, Former Blizzard Guys, New MMO
NCSoft has announced the formation of Carbine studios today. The new dev house is comprised of 17 former Blizzard employees, and they are currently working on a new, unannounced NCSoft MMORPG. Carbine Studios is led by industry veterans Kevin Beardslee, Tim Cain and Jeremy Gaffney. The team has worked on World of Warcraft, Fallout, City of Heroes, and Asheron’s Call. Sounds promising, no word yet on what the new game will be or what platforms it will debut on.
