Battlefield Heroes Delayed

It seems that Battlefield Heroes, the online, Team-Fortress art-styled Battlefield game, is being delayed as well. Late 2009 is the release window now, over a year away. Apparently EA has fallen prey to the Sony syndrome, and decided to revamp and focus more on the social networking features.

DC COMICS Creators And Projects Honored By 2008 Eisner Awards

DC Comics projects and creators were honored on Friday, July 25, when the winners of the 2008 Eisner Awards were announced at Comic-Con International: San Diego, with winners in six categories. New Search Engine Cuil Takes Aim At Google

CNET reports that Cuil (pronounced ‘Cool’), a startup founded by the husband-and-wife team of Stanford professor Tom Costello and former Google search architect Anna Patterson, is launching a new search engine today that claims to index three times as many Web pages as Google.
