Spike TV Announces 2008 Scream Award Winners
Spike TV has announced the winners for the third annual Scream Awards, a ceremony dedicated to honoring the best in the worlds of horror, science fiction, fantasy and comic books.
This year, the runaway summer blockbuster The Dark Knight was the darling of the awards, winning 12 awards including Ultimate Scream Movie, Best Comic Book Movie, Best Screamplay and more!
