Sega Cancels Aliens RPG

There is word that Sega has canned the Aliens RPG game that the developer Obsidian was working on. Also, since Obsidian is no longer working on the project, they have supposedly laid off 20 or more workers. Sega did reveal earlier today that a new Aliens franchise game is in the works, extending the company’s involvement with Twentieth Century Fox. This is not the RPG game, though. When reached for comment, Sega said they do not comment on rumors or speculation.
