Upper Deck cancels Yu-Gi-Oh! OP
Upper Deck has announced that it has canceled all its Organized Play programs and events in North America for the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game have been canceled. This includes Shonen Jump Championships, Regional Qualifiers, the National Championship and the monthly Hobby League program.
The cancellations are the latest development in the dispute between Upper Deck and Konami Digital Entertainment over distribution rights for the Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG. Konami has announced plans to develop its own OP program for Yu-Gi-Oh!
